Over-the-needle design for small abscess fluid aspiration and short-term drainage, with echogenic and radiopaque features.
The M•Drain® Percutaneous Introducer Set is used for single puncture percutaneous access for safe and easy guidewire or catheter placement in non-vascular procedures.The M•Drain® hydrophilic coated coaxial introducer system features a 21G/22G x 15 cm trocar or chiba needle to minimize tissue trauma. The set includes a 60 cm guidewire in either nitinol or stainless steel with curved goldplated tip for easy visualization.
